You’ve most likely heard of meditation, most everyone has. But have you heard of one of the most powerful meditations ever? It’s honestly my favorite meditation of all time, and it’s called Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is ancient in its origins, and is the deepest state of relaxation the mind can achieve while still being fully conscious. The benefits of regular Yoga Nidra practice are reduced stress, less anxiety, mastery over your emotions, and a deep sense of peace that seems almost otherworldly.
In the following video, I will demonstrate how easy Yoga Nidra is to do, as I guide you through a full meditation. With some practice, I think it will become a favorite way for you to achieve this altered state of perfect calm, as well.
